General Premises
PERSEO Communication Ltd (hereinafter quoted as “PERSEO”) is a leading international corporation specializing to supply services in Image marketing, Direct marketing, communication, advertising, corporate management, and TV Broadcast services for clients worldwide.
We provide our products and services to you when you visit our “Deals of the day” marketplace:
Dealsitalia.com (hereinafter as “PERSEO Deals marketplace” in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively quote "Perseo deals"). PERSEO provides the Perseo deals and sells our products to you within the term and conditions set forth herein. All the PERSEO Deals marketplace is the trading name for PERSEO.
THE GENERAL TERM OF PERSEO DEALS MARKETPLACE
PERSEO Deals marketplace issues vouchers to customers for services and products provided directly by PERSEO or our sales affiliate partners. You can identify who is the supplier of the PERSEO deals by looking on the Deals detail page where we quote “PARTNER”.
These PERSEO Deals are governed by the term and conditions set forth below:
- In case the PERSEO Deals are supplied directly by PERSEO, it will apply the term and conditions of paragraph C “PERSEO Direct Deals” hereinafter;
- In case the PERSEO Deals are supplied by PERSEO Affiliate partners, it will apply the term and conditions of paragraph B “Sales Affiliate Partner Deals”.
Both “PERSEO Direct deals” and “Sales Affiliate Partner Deals” are subject to their terms and condition that you will find inside the Deals detail area of the PERSEO Deals marketplace as well in your printed voucher. When you process your choice PERSEO deal order in the PERSEO Deals marketplace, you warrant that you agree to the applicant term and conditions set forth in the general terms of PERSEO Deals Marketplace and particularly to the applicant ones quoted on the selected PERSEO Deals detail page.
We welcome you to read these terms and conditions carefully before processing any order in PERSEO Deals Marketplace. You should understand that by placing an order on the PERSEO Deals marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
General definitions
We hereby quote the common words term we use to present PERSEO Deals for your acknowledgment:
"Deal Detail Page" means the page on PERSEO Marketplace that presents a deal including:
- details of the PERSEO Direct Deals; or
- details of the Sales Affiliate Partner
- "PERSEO Direct Deals" means the products or services supplied directly by PERSEO;
- “Sales Affiliate Partner Deals” means the products or services supplied directly by Sales Affiliate Partner;
- “Value” means the real value of the PERSEO Deals;
- “Discount” means the percentage of savings discount you will benefit for the PERSEO Deals;
- “You save” means how much money you will save for the PERSEO Deals;
- “Time left to buy” means how much time is left before the end of PERSEO Deals;
- “Number bought” displays how many deals have been bought. This information is updated in real-time.
- “Questions” is an overlay contact module that allows you to contact quicker our sales department for any inquiry you may have for the PERSEO Deal.
- “Deals left indicator” is the graphics and numeric parameters that display how many deals are left to complete the goal.
- “Details” quotes the full description of the PERSEO Deals;
- “Highlights” quotes a brief presentation of the PERSEO Deal;
- “Term and condition” quotes the applicant's terms and conditions for the PERSEO Deal. Please read carefully if the term and conditions are suitable for you. In this area, we quote how to redeem your PERSEO voucher and its validity (expiration) date expressed in the number of months.
- “Partner” in this area we quote the seller’s name, and address. The PERSEO Deals seller could be PERSEO or Sales Affiliate Partner.
- “Deal Location Map” is the location on the google map where the PERSEO Deal is supplied.
- "Returns Information" means the instruction provided by PERSEO or Sales Affiliate Partner about how to return your ordered products. The above applies only to products and not to services.
- "Sales Affiliate Partner" means a third-party organization that sells goods and/or services;
- "Sales Affiliate Terms and Conditions" means terms and conditions issued by the Sales Affiliate Partner with the supply of voucher products or services;
- "voucher" means an electronic pay credit voucher which you may redeem as follows:
1) To pay PERSEO Direct Deals or Perseo Affiliate Sales Partner supplied products or services;
2) for another voucher;
3) PERSEO wallet credit;
- "voucher Contract" means the contract formed between you and PERSEO when a voucher code is issued to you for a Sales Affiliate Partner;
- "Voucher Products" means the products and/or services offered by a Sales Affiliate Partner;
- "PERSEO Supply Contract" means the contract formed between you and PERSEO for PERSEO Direct Deals;
- "PERSEO Wallet" means the credit account that you can use to purchase PERSEO deals in PERSEO Deals Marketplace.
Applicant Term and Condition for Perseo Direct Deals and Perseo Affiliate Sales Partner
Article 1 - Your Status
By placing an order through the PERSEO Deals Marketplace, you warrant that:
1.1) You are legally capable to enter into our bindings sales contracts;
1.2) You are resident in EU Countries, the United States of America (USA), and other world areas accepted by PERSEO. For the full list of approved countries click here.
1.3) You are at least 18 years old.
Article 2 - Our Liability
2.1) Subject to clause 2.2 below, our liability for losses you may suffer as a result of us breaking these terms and conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the PERSEO voucher or the PERSEO Direct Deals supplied products or services you bought.
2.2) This article 2 does not include or limit in any way our liability for the following events:
2.2.1) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
2.2.2) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
2.2.3) under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
2.2.4) for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.
2.3) We don’t keep any responsibility for the PERSEO voucher products and/or services for which a voucher can be redeemed by the Sales Affiliate Partner. The Sales Affiliate Partner is solely liable to you for all PERSEO voucher products and/or services that the Sales Affiliate Partner supplies to you.
2.4 Subject to clause 2.2, and the maximum permissible extent under applicable law, we will not be liable for any losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such losses fall into one or more of the following categories even if such losses result from our deliberate breach:
- loss of profits;
- loss of business;
- loss of data;
- loss of savings;
- loss of income or revenue;
- any other indirect or consequential loss
Article 3. PERSEO Wallet
The “PERSEO Wallet” is your funds' credit that you can use to order PERSEO Deals in PERSEO Marketplace.
3.1) You can see the current balance in your PERSEO Wallet and the historical balance by logging on to PERSEO Deals Marketplace inside the “My Account” area.
3.2) Your credit in PERSEO Wallet will expire (A) at midnight on the expiry date set out in either the voucher or in the communication awarding you the credit or (B) if no date is set out when you are awarded the credit, at midnight 3 months from the date of the communication to you awarding you the credit.
3.3) If you receive a credit to your PERSEO Wallet, the credit can be applied when you next purchase of PERSEO voucher
3.4) Unless stated otherwise at the time of issue credit cannot be applied to purchases under 10€.
3.5) Save where you have a legal right to cancel, if you cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract for a voucher that you have bought using any PERSEO Wallet Credit you will forfeit any such PERSEO Wallet Credit and we will only refund you the amount paid for the PERSEO voucher over any such PERSEO Wallet Credit.
Article 4 - Redeem a PERSEO voucher towards another voucher
4.1) After you purchase a PERSEO voucher, instead of redeeming it with our Sales Affiliate Partner or for credit, you may redeem it towards the cost of another PERSEO voucher.
4.2) If you redeem a PERSEO voucher towards the cost of another one, you will receive a new PERSEO voucher for the amount value equal to 100% of the previous voucher (Example: Your voucher is 100 Euro value, you will redeem and the new voucher for 100 Euro). This term applies only if you make your claim within 30 days from the date of your purchased voucher (check the issue date on your received PERSEO voucher).
In case your claim is made over 30 days from the date of your voucher issue, you will receive 50% of the value but before the expiry date of the original voucher.
4.3) The “PERSEO Wallet” is where any excess funds which result from the transaction will be found. The above credit funds will be valid for a maximum period of 3 months.
Article 5 - Redeem a PERSEO voucher in any PERSEO TV Shopping TV Marketplace
5.1) After you purchase a PERSEO voucher, instead of redeeming it with the Sales Affiliate Partner or for credit, you may redeem it towards the cost of goods in our TV Shopping Marketplace.
5.2) If you redeem a PERSEO voucher for goods in the TV Shopping Marketplace, you will receive a new PERSEO voucher for the amount equal to 100% of the value of the original PERSEO voucher with 90 days expiry date. The expiry date will be calculated from the date of the new voucher issue. Thereafter your new PERSEO voucher will expire and no credit will be refunded to you.
5.3) The “PERSEO Wallet” is where any excess funds which result from the transaction will be found, and the credit will be displayed inside your account area. Such credit funds will be valid for 3 months.

Article 7 - Privacy Policy
When you complete your order through the PERSEO Deals marketplace you agree that we can use and process for further handling your personal information per our Privacy Policy.
Article 8 - Written Communications
Our applicant laws in the UK require that some information or communication we send to you should be in writing. Your usage of PERSEO Deals Marketplace confirms your acceptance with us that mainly communication will be processed electronically.
We will contact you via email, the customer support ticket system, or by phone as the case. For contractual purposes, you hereby agree to this electronic communication means, with the acknowledgment that all contracts, notices, and information that we may provide you comply with any legal requirement for written communication.
Article 9 - Events Out of Our Control
9.1) In the case of a “Force Majeure Event” we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, delay o obligations that could be caused by any events out of our control.
9.2) The PERSEO Deals Marketplace relies in part on the application to work perfectly and we monitor each functionality daily. Therefore we cannot guarantee that it could be some errors or bugs that may come for some updates. In this event, our technical staff will make its best effort to make PERSEO Deals Marketplace run back perfectly.
Article 10 - Waiver
If you breach these GENERAL TERMS OF USAGE and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation that may occur.
Article 11 - Severability
If any provision of these general terms and conditions, as well as PERSEO vouchers or contracts, is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining term and condition or from the remaining provisions of any such contract which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We remind you that this general term and condition are governed by the applicable laws in the United Kingdom.
Article 12 - Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the general premise that your satisfaction is our primary goal, in case you maybe not be satisfied we have handled any complaint, you can submit your dispute to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform. Information about how to use this service can be found directly on their platform.
14. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of London, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Use in the United Kingdom or in the EU country or any other world area you live. PERSEO Direct Deals
Article 1 - The PERSEO Direct Deals Contract
When you want to order a PERSEO Deal that is sold and managed directly by PERSEO (Perseo Direct Deals), you will need to process your order by clicking the “BUY” Button available on the PERSEO Deals detail page.
Then you will be transferred to your checkout cart area where you will find your added PERSEO deal and quantity number. As the default, you will have only an n.1 deal added to your cart, but you can adjust the quantity in case you want to order more.
> PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the second part of the checkout card area, you will find your data information (in case you are not logged in, our system will ask you to log in to proceed). Please check if your personal information is properly updated because we will use your address as the shipping address in case of product delivery.
> BUY AS A GIFT
If you wish to buy a PERSEO Deal as a gift to a friend, you can enter your friend's full name and email address in this area. In this case, you will buy the PERSEO Deal and we will send it with your gift message to your friend to redeem.
> PAYMENT METHOD
For each PERSEO Deal, we use different merchant credit card payment processors. For the above, you will display the merchant credit card processor you prefer to use. Each of our merchant credit card processors is 100% secure and applies for SSL 512BIT encrypt data processing to collect your credit card information to process your payment.
Important notice: We don’t collect or store in our database credit card information. Instead, all the necessary information like Credit cardholder, card number, CVV, and any other necessary information to process your transaction is handled directly by our merchant card processor.
> TERM AND CONDITION OF SERVICE FLAG
To process with check out, you will need to confirm by clicking on the flag field our term of service as set forth herein. Without the acceptance of our general terms of service, you will not be able to complete your order.

After placing your order for PERSEO Direct Deals products or services, you will receive an email receipt from us asking you to complete the payment (cash payment option – not available for all PERSEO Direct Deals) or our payment processor confirming that we have received your order (“Order Receipt”).
Please note that the receipt of this email does not mean that your order has been accepted even if we may have processed your payment, as your order constitutes an offer to us to buy PERSEO Direct Deals products or services. The contract between us (“PERSEO supply contract”) will only be formed when we send an email to you confirming acceptance of the order after the END of the PERSEO deal.
Please note that when you order PERSEO Direct Deals, unless referred to expressly in the PERSEO deals detailed page and our email, no voucher will be issued and the product will be sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
You will be notified by us via email when your product has been shipped with our courier tracking code to follow up on the delivery to your address.
Article 2 - PERSEO Direct Deals Supplied Products
For all PERSEO Direct Deals that apply for physical product delivery, PERSEO Deals Marketplace will issue you an electronic coupon code that will be automatically registered in the PERSEO TV Shopping marketplace. You will be notified via email once the order has been registered and it will be automatically added to your account.
You will receive your invoice via email directly from PERSEO Shopping TV Portals.
Important notice: We remind you that PERSEO Direct Deals electronic coupon is released for the payment of your ordered product and it does not include shipping costs. You can display applicant shipping costs for your world area by accessing the PERSEO Direct Deal detail page in the “Highlights” area.
For all the applicable terms and conditions of sales such as “Cancellation and return”, Availability and delivery” of products and so on, you can access our PERSEO TV Shopping marketplace “GENERAL TERM OF PERSEO SERVICES USAGE” and “GENERAL TERM OF SALES”.
PERSEO Sales Affiliate Partner vouchers Issue
Article 1 - General information
When you want to order a PERSEO Sales Affiliate Partner deal (hereinafter as “Sales affiliate deal”), you will need to process your order by clicking the “BUY” Button available on the PERSEO Deals detail page.

> PAYMENT PROCESSING
PERSEO Deals Marketplace applies 3 different payment policies for sales affiliate partners to offer them maximum flexibility on their sales, as well as to facilitate our buyers to benefit immediately from their orders without delays. We hereby quote below the 3 different payment process scenarios for your acknowledgment:
- “Standard payment” means that you will pay the sales affiliate partner deal to PERSEO Deals Marketplace. In this case, PERSEO will issue you a voucher for the whole paid amount that you can present to our sales affiliate partner for the payment.
- “Advance payment” means that a percentage “%” will be sent to PERSEO Deals Marketplace to complete your order and the residual amount will be paid directly in place to our sales affiliate partner. In this case, PERSEO Deals Marketplace will issue to you a voucher for the amount of advance payment.
- “Sales affiliate partner direct payment” means that you will pay your deal directly to our sales affiliate partner merchant card processor.
Important Notice: In all of the above Payment processing scenarios, your deal price will always be blocked for your benefit independently of how the payment will be processed. We use this payment processing facility for some deals where the sales affiliate partner must receive an immediate payment to allow them to issue your buy products or tickets as the case.
You will quote which payment processing method will apply in the PERSEO Deals detail page in the “Highlights” area.
> TERM AND CONDITION OF SERVICE FLAG

> ORDER PROCESSING
After placing an order for sales affiliate voucher products or services, you may receive a receipt from us or our payment processor confirming that we have received your order. Please note that receipt of this email does not mean that your order has been accepted even if we may have processed your payment as your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a voucher. The contract between us ("PERSEO voucher Contract") will only be formed when we issue the voucher to you.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend, or remove any information relating to a voucher advertised on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace at any time before a voucher Contract is formed.
Article 2 - Cancellations and Refunds
2.1) You may cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract without giving any reason within fourteen days from the day after the day you receive the PERSEO voucher provided that you have not already redeemed the PERSEO voucher at our sales affiliate partner location, or PERSEO Wallet Credit. If you cancel during this period, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, and then we will void it for any further usage.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL voucher
2.2) To exercise the right to cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract, you must inform us about your decision to cancel it by completing our cancellation form at www.shoppingitaly.com/voucher-refund.html. To display the request for refund form you will need to login into your account. You must eliminate the PERSEO voucher and delete any emails sent to you with a copy of the PERSEO voucher. If you fail to comply with this obligation and/or attempt to use a canceled PERSEO voucher, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
2.3) You will not have any right to cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract in the event the voucher has already been redeemed by (a) our sales affiliate partner or (b) as PERSEO Wallet Credit or where the voucher has rich its expiry date.
2.4) If you have canceled the PERSEO voucher Contract per clause 2.2 above, then we will refund the amount paid for the PERSEO voucher in full and any refund will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation per clause 2.2. Payment will be returned to you in the same way you paid to us for your purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise to receive it in other ways.
Important notice: We will make the refund only to the account holder that we received the payment from. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
2.5 As stated on the PERSEO voucher, the voucher can be redeemed with us before its expiry date for a PERSEO Wallet Credit to the value of:
- 100% of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, when you redeem it up to 30 days after the date of its issue; or
- 50% of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, when you redeem it over 30 days after the date of its issue.
Article 3 - Price and Delivery Charges
3.1) The price of any PERSEO voucher and any applicable delivery charge will be as quoted on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace from time to time (inclusive of VAT (where applicable)), except in cases of obvious error as set out in clause 3.2 hereinafter. Unless expressly stated on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace, the delivery of voucher Products will only be made to addresses in the United Kingdom, Europe, the USA, and other countries. Please verify here if your country is on the accepted list.
3.2) It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the PERSEO vouchers listed on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to issue any voucher to you at the incorrect (lower) price. Furthermore, Sales Affiliate Partners are not obliged to accept any issued voucher nor are we obliged to honor a claim made for PERSEO Wallet Credit in respect of any issued voucher if the pricing error was obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing. In these instances, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the voucher.
Article 4 - voucher and voucher Products
4.1) PERSEO will issue the voucher to you. The voucher will set out full information about our Sales Affiliate Partner and the voucher Products (i.e. the goods and/or services which will be offered by that sales affiliate partner) and details of how to redeem the voucher (A) at the Sales Affiliate Partner or (B) were the Sales Affiliate Partner has asked us to act as their agent and process the redemptions on their behalf, how to redeem the voucher with us. The voucher will also set out how it can be redeemed for another voucher or PERSEO Wallet Credit.
4.2) The voucher is valid until reaching its expiry date. After the expiry date the voucher will be void and (A) the Sales Affiliate Partner will not provide the Voucher Products and; (B) we will not accept a request to redeem for another voucher; and (C) we will not accept a claim to redeem the voucher for PERSEO Wallet Credit.
4.3) The voucher products are provided by the Sales Affiliate Partner named on the voucher per clause 4.1 above. The Sales Affiliate Partner has a legal duty to supply the voucher Products in conformity with the PERSEO voucher/coupon. Please note that the Sales Affiliate Partner is solely responsible for:
- providing the voucher Products to you; and
- The delivery of voucher products and/or services
If you have any complaint about the voucher Products you should contact our Sales Affiliate Partner directly.
4.4) Reproduction, sale, resale, or trade of a PERSEO voucher is strictly prohibited. We keep the right to cancel any PERSEO voucher in case we believe that you did not comply with the provisions of this article 4.4.
4.5) It is at the discretion of the Sales Affiliate Partner whether a PERSEO voucher can be combined with any other vouchers, offers, promotions, coupons, or gift certificates on the redemption of the PERSEO voucher at the Sales Affiliate Partner.
4.6) It is at the discretion of the Sales Affiliate Partner whether to accept a PERSEO voucher for alternative goods and/or services to the voucher Products provided that, where a PERSEO voucher is redeemed at a Sales Affiliate Partner for alternative goods and/or services, there is no entitlement to a refund or a credit if such goods and/or services received have a value which is less than the PERSEO voucher's stated face value.
4.7) Except where expressly stated, PERSEO vouchers can only be redeemed in their entire amount and may not be redeemed in partial amounts or installments.
4.8) Neither we nor the Sales Affiliate Partner are responsible for the loss or stolen of your PERSEO vouchers. However, to give you more guarantee that someone may use your PERSEO voucher, it’s our good practice to print on vouchers and also your complete name on. For the above, our Sales Affiliate Partner may ask for your ID Cards to identify you for double security.
