The work I wanted is no longer available - can I commission a similar work?

Is framing available for all works?

Certainly. If we have not pre-selected a frame, you can request framing at the time of purchase. We'll assist you in finding the perfect frame to complement the artwork.

Who is responsible for the cost of framing?

For artworks that are already framed, the frame is included in the overall price. In the case of unframed works, Elite Art Projects offers framing at an additional cost, ensuring the frame aligns with your budget.

Do you offer recommendations and advice?

Our art specialists are committed to helping you discover artworks that resonate with your preferences. We can provide a personalized selection of approximately ten artworks tailored to your taste. Contact us to send your inquiry.

Is there a fee for the Art Advisory service?

No, our Art Specialist service is complimentary. Introducing collectors to new and inspiring artworks is an integral part of our mission to satisfy the requests of our customers.

I want to give art as a present but I don't know what to choose. What can I do?

Consider two options: discuss the recipient's preferences, and we'll offer a personalized selection within your budget. Alternatively, you can gift them an Elite Art Projects Gift Card, accompanied by one hour of personalized advice to help them choose the perfect artwork.

How can I check the size of the artwork?

Artwork dimensions are specified on the artwork sales page. If you have a particular need for a custom size, you can ask for additional assistance or images to provide a better idea of dimensions, feel free to contact us.

Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the artwork?

The image is the real artwork for sale. We added a simulation of how the artwork can fit in different areas of your house to give a general idea.

How do I buy art on Elite Art Projects?

To purchase our artwork, click the "Add to Cart" button on the artwork page. You will be redirected to your Cart, where you can provide delivery details and select your preferred payment method. Upon processing, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor, PayPal, Stripe, or bank wire transfer and we will call you to confirm the payment.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, it is possible only with Paypal which allows individuals to pay in 3 installments.

What happens once the payment has been processed?

Once the payment is processed, the artwork is reserved for you. We'll contact you to confirm availability and discuss delivery times, typically within 7-10 days.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout when you confirm your purchase. Please note that immediate debit may apply to debit cards.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by email before the work is marked to be confirmed. If the work is confirmed and has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Once you receive the delivery, you have 15 days to accept the artwork or request to return it only in case the artwork is not in perfect condition. Once the returned work is received in its original condition, we will refund your credit card.

How long does it take for Elite Art Projects to deliver my order?

We typically deliver orders within 7 to 10 days of purchase. For made-to-order pieces, production time is added to the regular delivery time, and times may vary based on the countries involved and framing or stretching options.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email 2 to 5 days after your purchase. Additionally, you can find the tracking link on your My Orders page. Tracking information is provided by third-party delivery services.

How much does my delivery cost?

The price of delivery is included in the artwork's overall cost for Europe, the USA, and Canada. This covers insurance, customs fees, taxes, and third-party logistic provider shipping costs. White-Glove delivery options are available at an additional cost.

Taxes & Customs:

All taxes and customs fees are not included in the artwork price and are applicable for buyers to pay.

Where is my order?

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

In case of issues, contact your customer care specialist or contact us at +1 212 7291352. Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you. Your order is 100% insured, and you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it repaired or replaced. In this case, we will organize the repair or the replacement of your item, free of any additional charges. If you choose to be refunded, Elite Art Projects will cover all return costs.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request to return your product within 15 days after you receive your order. If you receive a damaged item, you can request a repair, a replacement, or a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note that made-to-order products, such as commissioned artwork and custom and made-to-order design pieces, are not eligible for return or refund. All return costs are covered by Elite Art Projects only in case the artwork is damaged. Vice versa, return shipping costs will be applicable for the buyer.

I changed my mind, how do I return my order?

After your artwork is delivered, you can request a return only in case the artwork may be damaged by contacting your Customer Care Specialist at +1 212 7291352. Even if you decide to return your item, we want to ensure the best service possible.

Does the return need to be shipped back within 15 days after the reception? Or is it just the request that needs to take place within that period?

Just the request for return needs to occur within 15 days of delivery. Once we are informed, you will then be able to return your order safely.

How does it work?

One of our Customer Care specialists will inform you how to proceed with your return once your request has been received. You will receive the return shipment documents with clear instructions. Our team wants to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Returns are free:

We pay for return costs only in case the artwork is damaged and it will be 100% free of charge. This includes re-packaging, pick up, shipping, etc.

What is refunded?

You will receive a full refund always in case the artwork is shipped damaged, which includes the price of your item and the shipping costs.

Can I return made-to-order products?

No, made-to-order products are not eligible for return. This includes commissioned artworks and customized and made-to-order design furniture pieces. However, once the commissioned piece is finished and ready to be shipped, you will be asked to give a final confirmation based on the photo of the commissioned piece. As long as it has not been shipped, you can still cancel the order and receive a full refund. Once you confirm the order, it is shipped and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
